Children with special needs and their families are invited to a private photo session with Santa in an environment set up to support their sensory, physical and other developmental needs.

Tickets

Visiting Santa is ticketed per person with timed entry, allowing us to better manage capacity. After selecting admission tickets for each person in your family or group, you'll select a photo package, which is how you'll receive your professional Santa photos. All of our packages include digital copies of every photo we take! During the checkout process you'll also provide wishlist information for any children in your group, so Santa knows what they want for Christmas when they arrive!

Planning Your Visit

Duration: Your reservation is your confirmed time to queue for check-in and entry. We've designed wait times to be 30 min or less, however wait time is not guaranteed. Once in Santaland, allow about 30-45 min to complete the experience.

Location: We are located inside Galleria Dallas, at the NE corner of Interstate 635 and the Dallas Tollway. We’re on the south end of Level 1 (Ground Level) right next door to Banana Republic.

Parking: The closest parking to us is the Blue and Purple Garages next to Banana Republic.

Filming & Photography
Our Santa photo is the best we've ever seen. (Seriously if you find a better one let us know.) All of our packages include digital copies of every photo we take and prints are available for pre-purchase or in the gift shop. That being said, feel free to snap additional photos along your journey with your phone or a camera. (Please no tripods, lighting equipment, commercial photography or music videos). Tag all the photos you post @snowdaypop and #snowdaydallas

Additional Guidelines

• No children (under 13) are permitted without adult supervision (18+)
  Strollers are permitted within Santaland and SNOWDAY, and we also offer complimentary stroller parking at the concierge outside of the exhibits
• No outside food or beverage (except water)
• Pets are not allowed except when ticketed on designated pet nights (Wednesdays)
• No restrooms are available within the Santaland or SNOWDAY exhibits. (Restrooms are available within Galleria Dallas mall.)
• All of Santaland & the majority of SNOWDAY is wheelchair accessible
• Excessive props or costumes may be disallowed at staff discretion

Disclosures & Cancellation Policy

• Exhibits are highly immersive with use of lighting, fog and sound effects. While we will be turning off or reducing many of these effects for our Santa Cares event, parents should still use caution with their children who may be sensitive to sensory overload.
• Limited areas within SNOWDAY have slanted flooring or require stairs to access.
• Guests are required to agree to a liability waiver during the checkout process, stating their understanding of the risks of their visit.
• Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry or to eject any guests in the interest of their safety or the safety of others, especially when related to the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
• All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to change from your chosen time slot, you can exchange your tickets for another time slot, pending availability. To do so, please contact us at fun@snowdaydallas.com
