Tirana to Durres Bike Tour

We start our journey at 09.00 am and venture through Kombinati, Tirana, and head towards Poplar, Durres in a tour by bike.

The name of the city in the past was Epidamnos and Dyrrahium, deriving from the ancient Greek language. It is the second largest city in Albania. And it consists of the port where the ships embark. Durres is one of the oldest cities in Albania. But not only, it consists the Byzantine walls and the Roman Amphitheater.

Durres is dominated by poplar trees, sandy beaches, capes, lagoons and a lot of vegetation.

We will bike via the old national road named the Road of Ndroqi.

Located near the village with the same name we will experience wonderful views during our trip.

Upon arrival at Durres by bike we visit the beautiful sandy beach and end our day tour returning to Tirana by car.
