This booking is established under a "Demise Charter" arrangement, whereby full control and possession of the vessel are transferred to the charterer, for the duration of the charter. You may choose your crew from our pre-approved list of qualified personnel. While we provide suggested itineraries, you have the ultimate authority over the vessel's operations in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
