Speight's is an operational Brewery - please note the below information:
There are approximately 200 stairs on the tour – please notify us in advance if mobility access is required.
Alcohol will not be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18 years.
You must be 18 years or over to make a reservation on this website. If you are under 18 years old, you will be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during this activity.
The following forms of identification will be required on check in (failure to provide correct identification may result in participation being declined):
o Passport
o New Zealand Driver’s License
o Kiwi Access Card
We cannot guide customers who are under the influence of intoxicating drugs and/or alcohol.
Flat soled, covered shoes are required.
No bags can be taken on Tour - complimentary lockers are available.

Speight's Brewery in Dunedin is New Zealand’s oldest operational brewery, with a history dating back to 1876. On this tour, explore behind-the-scenes of the legendary brewery, visit the historic factory, and learn all about the beermaking process. Visit the tasting room to sample a selection of Speight's award-winning beers.
Average Duration: 45 minute Brewery tour & up to 30 minutes tasting.
We are a fully operational Brewery; there are approximately 200 stairs on the tour – we recommend a moderate level of fitness for participation in this activity.
Dress Code
Flat, closed-toed shoes are required.
No bags can be taken through the Brewery (lockers are available)
Tasting
Proof of age documentation (Passport, New Zealand Driver's Licence or Kiwi Access Card) is required to participate in the Tasting portion of this experience.
Non-alcoholic options are available.
