Historical hotspots like Hornby Island and Denman Island provide the perfect spawning habitat for this remarkable event, ensuring the continuation of herring populations for generations to come.

The herring spawn is a spectacle to behold, attracting a diverse array of marine life from near and far to partake in this miraculous natural event. Our tours offer a unique perspective on the herring spawn, with a duration of four hours, taking you to the very heart of the action.

We provide an immersive experience, delving into the history and significance of commercial herring fishing in the area and allowing you to witness the herring firsthand.
