Annual Pass Information

Membership tickets will be emailed directly to you.

Staglander Pass membership is valid for 12 months from date the ticket is redeemed at our Ticket Office.

When ticket holder visits, please bring a paper or electronic copy of the QR code, so it can be redeemed.

We recommend saving them to a mobile wallet, taking a screenshot, or printing them ahead of time.

About

Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named when membership is created.
Flexi pass is valid for named child plus any adult.
Flexi pass cannot be used by an adult without named child.
A replacement fee of $5 will be charged for a replacement card.
For ID purposes you must provide an email address and have a photograph taken that will be saved on our membership database.
Date of birth is required for all children 4-16 years old.
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult when visiting.
Pass-holders will receive one pass per person.
