Cruise and Dinner, Dancing & More! This cruise features dinner service with an appetizer, and a choice of entree from our dinner menu, house dessert, live entertainment, party favors, champagne toast at midnight, and full premium open bar throughout the evening.

Our dining service includes a full, restaurant-style menu featuring continental cuisine prepared fresh on board. Entertainment is a mix of live selections and a wide variety of recorded songs to satisfy any musical request.

Each party will have reserved seating at shared tables.

Chicken Marsala
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed and finished with mushrooms in a rich sweet Marsala wine sauce and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

StarLite Chicken Spinachi
Roasted breast of chicken, lightly breaded and stuffed with sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts and crumbled goat cheese, drizzled with a balsamic glaze and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

Vegetarian Harvest
A tasteful culinary presentation of fresh seasonal vegetables, served over a bed of white rice with a tomato provencal sauce

Stuffed Shrimp
Large blue water shrimp filled with blue crab and Italian herb stuffing, finished with a Cajun remoulade and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon topped with a white wine dill sauce and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

Lemon Pepper Red Snapper
A roasted red snapper filet dusted with our own lemon pepper seasoning and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

A pairing of our two favorites - a choice 8oz flat iron steak and two stuffed shrimp served with chef’s selection of potato and seasonal vegetable

Flat Iron Steak
Tender choice 10oz, grilled to your order and served with chef’s selection of potato and seasonal vegetable

Classic Filet Mignon
Tenderloin of beef grilled to your order, complemented with a sauce bearnaise and served with chef’s selection of potato and seasonal vegetable

Boneless Pork Ribeye
