We offer cancellations on purchases made for our services prior to the performance of the service. If a session is canceled by Sunshine Paddle Adventures due to unsafe conditions, a refund will be issued. Guests canceling more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund in the amount paid. However, if a guest cancels within 48 hours of their session, NO REFUND will be given.

Weather in Texas can change quickly, and your safety is our priority. We monitor conditions closely and make appropriate decisions. We will still paddle if it's cold, lightly raining, or cloudy, but we won't paddle in high winds, thunder, or lightning.

Due to high demand and limited availability, last-minute rescheduling or cancellations are not possible. If your plans change, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment by contacting us through our website or calling us at 254-230-7878

You may cancel your order by contacting us. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase following the instructions above. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price if you cancel your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, or unavailability of the items or services purchased, without prior notice.

Wind Policy:

If winds are between 20mph and 29mph, Sunshine Paddle Adventures will issue a wind advisory, and the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, guests will not be eligible for a refund in this case. If you receive a wind advisory email from us, you may choose a NON-REFUNDABLE gift card instead of participating in the tour, but only within 48 hours before your reservation. If winds exceed 29mph, Sunshine Paddle Adventures will cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
