SUP Beaches is a guided paddleboard tour that offers transportation to and from Cypress Springs in Vernon, Florida. We can come pick you up from wherever you decide to stay here in PCB. If you’d rather drive yourself, you can also meet us there and have the exact same experience!

We provide a ride to and from the springs, a paddleboard, a paddle, a life jacket, and a tour guide that will take you to and from the springs!

What to bring:

Sunscreen
Water
A cooler (bring any beverages you prefer)
Lunch
Towels
Snorkeling gear
Waterproof containers for your electronics

Optional:
Wetsuit (the water is 70 degrees year around)

10am-10:15am Pickup
10:15-11am Drive to Cypress Springs
11am-4pm Paddle to and swim in the springs
4pm-5pm drive home and drop off
