Summer Time Farm Camp
Ages 6-12 • Tues 9 am to 11 am • $55 single session • $45 block of 4 sessions ($180)
Duration
Weekly Sessions Students attend a two-hour session over a 7-week semester on Tuesdays from 9 to 11 am. Next Semester begins Tuesday July 2 through August 13 (7 weeks). As a contingency, if the class is oversold, we will offer additional sessions on Thursdays beginning July 11 through August 15 (6 weeks).
Enrollment You can purchase the class weekly for $55 per class or save $40 with the purchase of Block of 4 sessions at $45 each ($180). If you purchase the 4-pack block of sessions, you will be emailed a special code allowing you to choose the 4 dates you want your child to attend. You will then be instructed to go back to our booking calendar and register those four dates.
Individual Sessions can be purchased based on availability for $55 per session. The student must be enrolled by 6 pm the evening prior to the class.
Summer Sessions
Our Summer Program begins July 2 on Tuesdays (and potentially Thursdays) mornings from 9 to 11 am and runs 7 weeks through August 15. Summer Registration opens June 29.
About
Summer Time Farm Camp is a hands-on enrichment program for children age 6-12 centered on raising and caring for a variety of farm animals including goats, sheep, miniature horses, mules, ponies and full-size horses. Children learn the details of feeding, grooming, leading and exercising each variety of animal, emphasizing their differences and similarities. The program also includes some basic riding instruction on ponies and horses, in addition to guided nature walks into the local watershed forest along the Santa Ynez River.
Registration
Registration is now open for the next session beginning the week of July 2 through the week of August 12. To enroll, choose the weekday you wish to attend, and follow the prompts to complete the on-boarding form.
