The Sunflower Farm (Beaverton Location) is offering after hours access to our sunflower field for PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS (& their clients) ONLY. These time slots are not available for general access.

NEW: Photography liability insurance is not required. Pricing varies. Photographers must provide The Sunflower Farm with a copy of their valid liability insurance and a signed photographer waiver upon booking. If you do not have liability insurance, you or your clients must pay entrance fees.

2024 PRICING:

• 1 hour = $100+HST
• 2 hours = $200+HST
• 3 hours = $250+HST

• If you do not have existing liability insurance, an entry fee must be paid for every client attending your sessions, including children, in addition to the hourly fees above. See here for entrance fees.

About

• Booked by the hour, photographers will have full access to the field after public hours and are welcome to bring in multiple clients during their allotted time.
• There will be a limited number of photographers (3 photographers) and their clients per hourly session with access to the fields - you will not have exclusive access, but there’s lots of room for everyone!
• There will be 10 acres of blooming sunflowers and multiple trails to explore to ensure space and consideration to everyone.
• You are welcome to bring your own props, but please take everything with you at the end of your session.
• Photography sessions are held in the evening, when the farm has closed to the public. Please ensure to book your preferred time slot as it may not be possible to change at a later date.
• Please conclude your session promptly within your booking time. To ensure adequate space and in fairness to each booking, we may ask you to leave if you overstay your allocated time.

• NOTE: Photographers are not permitted to conduct any sort of photoshoot during regular opening hours bas posted. The Sunflower Farm and its Staff reserve the right to determine if your shoot is commercial in nature during regular business hours and you may be asked to leave the farm without refunds. No images taken at The Sunflower Farm may be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. This includes our evening concert events.

Booking Requirements

• ALL Photographers must sign a waiver upon booking the photographer pass. Your booking is not considered confirmed until this is completed.
• Photographers must also provide The Sunflower Farm with a copy of their valid Liability insurance.
• A signed waiver and copy of insurance must be sent to The Sunflower Farm at least 48 hours prior to your booked session.
• If you have Liability Insurance, there are no additional entry fees to be paid.
• If you do not have Liability Insurance, entry fees for everyone must be paid, including children (10-18yrs) and the photographer. Entry fees may be covered by the photographer or by the clients on arrival. A waiver must still be completed, as above Refunds will not be issued to photographers who fail to provide the required paperwork prior to their session, and we will not be able to admit you or your clients to the property. Clients who do not have entry fees paid will not be allowed onto the property.

• If you wish to come and see the field prior to your booking, in order to find favourite spots, please reach out to arrange a convenient time.
• This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. The Sunflower Farm reserves the right to cancel dates based on unsafe weather at our own discretion. If we decide to close due to weather, refunds will be issued for that day. Please check weather before booking, and if in doubt, contact The Sunflower Farm via email prior to your visit.
• Make sure you've read our Farm Rules before booking! Your clients will also be expected to adhere to the farm rules.
