About
Titan Missile Museum limits the number of School/Scout Group Tours to one per day at 9:00am with a maximum of 30 people (up to 27 students and 3 chaperones). Schools or scout organizations wanting to bring groups with more than 27 students will need to visit over multiple days or book their excess students and adults on one of the public tours for that day. Regular admission cost will apply to any students/adults booked on a public tour.
This tour is offered for schools and scout groups for students from 6th (10 years) to 12th grade (18 Years).
All School/Scout Group Tours will begin at 9:00am. Please make your arrangements to arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour.
Chaperone Ratio: 1 chaperone per 10 students.
- The tour is limited to 27 students + 3 chaperones.
- 1 chaperone for every 10 children is required.
- Due to the limited space on the tour, we ask that schools do not bring more than the required number of chaperones. If you do have more adults than the chaperone limit, you will need to pay regular admission for the extra adults when you arrive at the museum.
This is a 45-minute tour of the underground complex of the Titan II Missile program. Students will learn what life was like in the silo for the 4 crew members, and how the Titan II helped keep peace through deterrence during the Cold War. After the tour, the school group is welcome to explore the topside of the complex on their own.
All groups must book a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.
