Cancellations
Refunds and Rebooking Policy.
Refunds are accepted under certain conditions that include:
- Cancelled shows
- Rescheduled show/postponed shows for which a guest's schedule does not coincide
- Failure of booking from our side due to technical error
- Providing false or incorrect information from our side.
As a general rule, all ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and cannot be rebooked. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing refunds after a purchase has been made that do not fall under the conditions above.
