Welcome to mastering the art of the Pour Over brew method! (Or at least start to answer some of your questions:) Do I continually pour? What is my water temperature? Grind size? Weighing? Ratios? Etc.

The class will help you understand this iconic method of brewing coffee and identify the different variables like water temperature, grind size and how it affects the taste of coffee. This is a hands on experience, so be prepared to practice!
