A Crash Course in Ivy League Fun

The historic town of Princeton—where George Washington defeated the British—and the stunning campus of Princeton University combine to provide a hunt landscape that’s filled with history, art, dramatic buildings, goofy gargoyles, famous Americans, and gorgeous scenery. But this isn’t your ordinary scavenger hunt. On teams, you’ll follow a trail of clues and search for answers to tricky, humorous questions about what you find.

Guest stars include: Russell Crowe (from locations for A Beautiful Mind), F. Scott Fitzgerald, John F. Kennedy, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Henry Moore, Aaron Burr, Woodrow Wilson, Albert Einstein, William Hurt (from One True Thing), David Duchovny of The X-Files, Meg Ryan (in the movie I.Q.), and an enemy bulldog.

How the Hunts Work

• You and your teammates are not collecting objects (drop that pigeon!)—you’re searching for answers to tricky, humorous questions about the amusing things and cool places you discover. No previous knowledge is required: you just need a sharp mind and comfy shoes. The best teams quickly learn that they must use the strengths of everyone in the group.
• The hunts are conducted by our remote Hunt Hosts via Zoom. We do not offer do-it-yourself games.
• The hunts are not races, and running disqualifies you. The hunts are a test of your wits and your teamwork, not a test of physical fitness. We don’t want anyone to feel embarrassed or excluded—and we don’t want to distress your lawyer (or ours, for that matter).

• At least two smartphones per team. This hunt can only be accessed via smartphone, and you will also need a smartphone to communicate with your Host.
