It depends on what day you go and jump, but plan to give yourself an hour at the site.

SELF-DRIVE! If you do not have a vehicle, you MUST call us to discuss your options. We are offering limited transport a few days each week.
The Bungee Bridge is located just 20 minutes south of Whistler Village and only an hour drive from West Vancouver - it's easily accessible, just off the Sea to Sky Highway.
Parking at the Bungee Bridge is FREE.
Reservations are required and space is limited, so book now!
Seriously, we book up weeks in advance, so get on it!
We jump in all weather, except lightning storms (our bridge is metal!)
Please check in at the Bungee Bridge 15 minutes prior to your booking time. If you are late, you will completely forfeit your jump booking.

If you have a group of 7 or more guests, you'll need to book into consecutive time slots, as we only accept 6 jumpers per time slot.
To Bungee Jump, you must be between approximately 65lbs and 300lbs and fit into our harness. Smaller children may be required to jump with an adult. (BYO adult)
Every jumper must complete and sign a waiver. This can be done onsite right before your jump.
We do not have an age limitation as such. However, if you are under 16, you need the consent of your parent/guardian in the form of a signature on your waiver. Waivers can be completed prior to arrival at the bridge if you require a parental signature. You may download then print the waiver (from the Policies page on our website or from your confirmation email) and bring it pre-filled.

Spectators:

If you are driving to the bridge, you are welcome to bring some spectators. But you should tell them to get involved and sign up!!
We have a viewing area where they can watch from.

Photos and Videos:

You are welcome to bring cameras and take your own photos and video.
We do allow you to jump with a small camera if you wish. If you drop it in the river…that’s a shame.
We take photos of every jump and these are available on site for purchase.
Photos can be sent directly to your iPhone using airdrop, or to Android phones using Nearby Share.

Tandems:

Want to jump together? That’s called a Tandem and the combined weight must be below 300lbs.
Our pricing is per person so, doing a tandem is the same price per person as jumping by yourself.
Just add both jumpers at checkout as you normally would - nothing special to do here!

What to Wear:

Is it possible to have a second jump when already at the bridge?

If we have space available on the day, then of course a person can sign up for a second jump at the bridge. If you plan on doing two jumps, we recommend booking both in advance.

Release of Liability Waiver Form:

All Whistler Bungee participants are required to read and sign a Release of Liability Waiver Form prior to bungee jumping.
This can be done on the day of bungee jumping at the Whistler Bungee Bridge location.
Guests who are under the age of 16 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the form.
A copy of the form can be downloaded (and printed) from either the Policies page on our website or from your confirmation email.

Cancellation:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your bungee jump time (72 hours for groups of 10 or more) will not be refunded or transferred.
Whistler Bungee operates in all weather conditions.
Whistler Bungee reserves the right to cancel jumps due to inclement weather, unforeseeable hazards or events beyond our control. Full refunds will be made, or alternative dates will be offered in these unlikely events.

Drugs and Alcohol:

Whistler Bungee has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If you are under the influence you will not be able to jump.
