About

The Exclusive Mountain Tour will begin higher up in Ottsjö village. On our Exclusive Tours the scenery which is truly breathtaking. Firstly, before we set off your Guide will provide you with a course on how to drive the sled. Secondly a health and safety talk will follow, in particular clothing and footwear, as its important to realize weather can change. Thereafter you will meet the dogs, we will then harness the dogs, placing them in their rightful positions. Our Exclusive Tours offer you a memory coupled with excitement, the heart pumping sound of the dogs eagerly awaiting to run, will leave you with a lasting memory.

This Exclusive Tour truly really offers a magical experience to the east you will be able to see the mountain ranges of Storulån (Great wolf river) thereafter, Selina. If you have ordered refreshments, we will take you to a 18th Century mountain station Hållfjället, if open, where the log fire will surely bring you pleasure. While out on the tour, we will stop for an opportunity to take photos. Finally we will head back to Ottsjö via a different route, before we say farewell, until the next time.

What to wear?

Warm Clothes: • Thermal base layer, mid layer and good quality outer layer • Woollen Socks, hat, neck warmer • Face mask goggles/sunglasses and gloves • Good quality boots eg: Sorrels, Baffin boots for example

OBS: NO JEANS OR COTTON T-SHIRTS If you do not have the above items then please let us know as you can rent or buy this kit from us. Children and Older people Children and older people can often get very cold, we suggest that you bring extra layers for them, plus hand and foot warmers (you can purchase these from Wild Spirit) We also recommend that very young children wear a ski helmet, if this is a problem please inform us as soon as possible
