Highlights

General sauna sessions have countless benefits for both body and mind… During our transformative sauna session, we give you the additional opportunity to push your own limits, both because we turn up the heat enormously, but also because of our specially selected music, and not least unique compositions of essential oils, will invite you to search deep within. We drive 3 rounds of approx 15-20 minutes each round. Between rounds, you can enjoy a cold bucket of water or a cold shower. All the rounds will be experienced differently. You will be guided through meditation so that you will be able to more easily accept both the extreme heat, the smells and the music that is played.

Gusen is for both beginners and seasoned. You must have drunk 1-2 liters of water in the hours leading up to a gus, and bring a towel you can sit on.

Weekdays: 07.00 - 11.00 and 15.00 - 21.00
Weekends: 09.00 - 21.00
