FAQs
Are children allowed?
- On every tour except for our Adults Only Ghost Tour.
Can I arrive late?
- Generally, no, unless you have booked a private tour. Our tours depart on time so you must arrive prior to departure. We leave a 30-minute check-in window for all arrivals. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you.
Is parking available?
No free parking is available in the French Quarter, and paid parking is limited. Please download the Premium Parking app if you plan to drive in. Lot 402 is the closest lot to our check-in location. Better yet, take an Uber or Lyft so you don't have to worry about expensive parking fees! Please leave plenty of time to drive in, as traffic can regularly be an issue.
Additionally, all French Quarter hotels are within walking distance of our meeting location.
Where does the tour meet?
- 311 Exchange Place at Witches Brew Gallery. Join us early to check-out the gift shop and art gallery! Leave an offering to Papa Legba, the road opener, before your tour. Feel free to ask a shop assistant if you have any questions!
Is this a bus tour?
- No. This is a walking tour. Most buses cannot fit on the narrow streets of this incredibly walkable neighborhood. We believe the best way to enjoy the Quarter is to walk it!
Does this tour enter any buildings?
- No it does not. This is an outdoor walking tour. These locations are primarily private residences.
