Walk with us through Savannah as you learn about historic residents whose accomplishments have been historically underrepresented or identities minimized.

Hear about many of our black, native, queer, and female history-makers and about the impact they have had on Savannah, often in their own words.

What should I bring?

• Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire.
• Water or other beverages are encouraged, especially in the summer.
• If we are anticipating rain, we recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat.

Additional Info

• Tours are two hours long.
• On this route, there are plenty of opportunities to sit while you listen.
• Public restrooms are only available near the beginning and end of the route, so we recommend taking care of your needs before the start of tour.
• All our tour guides are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and the tour takes place completely outdoors.
