Check-in details
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start time. Your guide will be wearing an orange cap with "Xperience Stockholm" written in white. They also will wear a name tag that is white and orange in colour.
What to bring
- Comfortable shoes because we will be walking a lot
- Dress appropriately as we will walk outside on our way to each of the stops; we recommend you dress in layers
- A refillable water bottle, in case you get thirsty
- Your camera or your phone if you like to take pictures
- And finally your curiosity for all Swedish Christmas-related things
Restrictions
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please state them in the Comments box at checkout.
Cancellations
You may cancel up to 3 hours before the start of the experience for a full refund.
If you cancel within 3 hours of the start of the experience, you will get a 50% partial refund.
NO refunds are issued for cancellations made AFTER the start time of the experience, unless requested and justified due to illness or other unforeseen events. For us to process this type of refund request, you must send us an email explaining your situation to xperiencesthlm@gmail.com. You will receive a reply from our customer satisfaction team within 2 business days of your request.
All limited-offer deals or discounts (e.g. SWIFTIES) are final sale and non-refundable.
If you have NOT used a discount or deal code to make your booking and would like to cancel it, you can reach us at xperiencesthlm@gmail.com to request your cancelation up to 3 hours before the start of the activity for a full refund.
If your booking is canceled from our side, due to poor weather or other unexpected circumstances, XperienceSthlm will notify you by email ahead of time and refund you fully.
