The Deerfield Room is a two-room suite on the first floor of Hawk Mountain Lodge. This elegant deluxe suite features a queen-sized bed and dining area with views of Berkshire East in the large main room and two twin beds in the adjoining room. This suite sleeps up to four guests and comes with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave.
The Deerfield has a spacious private bathroom and a large shower.
The Deerfield is a non-smoking room. Linens and towels are provided. There is free Wi-Fi accessible from the lodge as well. The Lodge does not have air conditioning, but each room has a fan to help moderate temperature if needed.
Food is not provided with the room. There are local restaurants and cafés nearby for meals, as well as a small local grocery store within a mile.
Check-in begins at 3pm.
Check-out is at 10am.
What To Bring
Linens are provided with your room, as well as basic toiletries (soap, shampoo). Feel free to bring your own toiletries if you would like!
FAQ's
How do I check in?
You can park in the unpaved lot located at 17 Main St., in Charlemont, MA, in front of the green building. The Lodge is the blue building right next to this lot. You enter the Lodge from the long porch in front and walk in the main door to self-check-in.
On entry into the house, you will check-in by heading to the table in our common room with your name, room assignment card with keys and head to your room. At the end of your stay, you can return the keys to the same Self Check-In Box. You’re welcome to check in any time after 3pm.
Can I do an early check-in or a late check-out?
We are always happy to try to accommodate our guest’s needs, but we do ask that you contact us first in regards to checking in before 3:00 PM or checking out after 10:00 AM.
What if I'm arriving late at night?
Because our Lodge is a self-check-in, you can arrive any time after 3:00 PM. We just ask that you let us know around when we might be able to expect you so that we can leave a light on for you.
Is there a kitchen available?
There is no community kitchen available. If you do need a kitchen we recommend booking the Concord Apartment.
Can we bring our family pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets inside our lodge.
