What is the cancellation policy for my Private Guided Tour?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled booking, there is no refund. You will receive a gift card to be redeemed at a later date! Please call us to discuss your options.
