Please provide a location with full shade (canopy preferred) away from bodies of water, food, your personal pets/other animals, and where guests cannot walk behind our set up 🚧

⏰ We will arrive 15-30 mins prior to the start time to get set up

🚐 Please save a close parking spot for us so we can easily and safely load in the animals, tables, props and decor!

🎉 We'll take 15-30 mins to get set up. During this time, please do have guests occupied with another activity.

🐾 Once we begin, you can expect an hour of interactive fun where guests are asked to participate in learning about and meeting the animals.

😃 We do ask for helpers from the audience and that can be the birthday person or someone else who would like to volunteer!

🎂 We lead the crowd in a "happy birthday shout out" or we acknowledge the special occasion and can lead the crowd in any way you prefer for other celebrations.

📸 We provide photo opportunities with the special person interacting with the animals. If you might be occupied during the event, we recommend someone being ready with a camera to take pictures of the special moments.

👀 We expect all children will be supervised by a parent or adult during the program

🥾 Are there any stairs or other possible challenges for getting to the set up location? We have several wheeled carts and prefer advance notice if the location has stairs that might require extra time for set up.

🔥 In the event of high temps (>85°F) we appreciate an indoor, air conditioned location or access to power so we can bring our own fans for cooling (some zoo animals are sensitive to heat).

🍕 To keep guests and the animals safe, we ask that there is no eating/snacks during the animal program.

What to Expect:

• For groups larger than 15 children, the animal interactions may be limited. This means that not every child will get to touch and hold every animal. The birthday child will get maximum animal interactions, along with special photo opportunities so the family can capture the moments!

• Animal Interactions: Please refer to our animal page to see how you can interact with our animals. Most of our animals allow for touching or holding unless stated otherwise.

• For your safety and sanitation, eating is strictly discouraged during the animal program.

• Guests will be encouraged to liberally use hand sanitizer that will be provided.
