How do I enable iDEAL payments for my company?
To enable iDEAL payments for your company, please contact FareHarbor support.
- Disputes are not possible for iDEAL payments, as they’re essentially bank transfers and the customer has explicitly authenticated and authorised the transfer.
- Refunds are processed as normal. However, be aware that there is a time limit for issuing refunds for iDEAL payments of up to 180 days after the original payment.
- Payouts are handled as normal.
