Introduction

FareHarbor may send SMS text messages to users who provide consent to receive communications related to incomplete or abandoned bookings made through the FareHarbor platform.

These messages are intended to help users complete reservations that were started but not finalized.

This SMS messaging program is limited to abandoned cart and incomplete booking reminders only.
