Please Note: Mohawk Maiden Cruises LLC reserves the right to cancel any cruise, or change schedules, routes, vessels or prices at any time without prior notice. Cruises may also be abbreviated or cancelled if, in the judgment of the Captain, conditions are not conducive to safe operations.
​Passenger Ticket Contract Terms: 1. Mohawk Maiden Cruises LLC does not assume liability for attraction/service provided by an independent entity not affiliated with the Company. The Company makes no representations regarding qualifications of attraction/service and make no representation as to whether attraction/service is bonded or insured. NO REFUNDS 2. Any lawsuit against Mohawk Maiden Cruises LLC, the vessel and/or their agents, officers, crew members or underwriters for personal injury and/or loss of life must be filed within one (1) year from the day the loss of life or injury occurred, in accordance with 46 U.S.C. SS 183b, and all claims must be filed ​within six months from the date the passenger traveled on and/or visited the vessel.
