Tell us about yourself and where you are from.

I grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City (Kansas side, and yes it matters). My family prioritized travel, and I inherited that wanderlust. Over the last 12+ years I’ve lived in Boston, Denver, and currently Amsterdam.

How has FareHarbor helped you grow in your role?

I have really been given the freedom to create my own career path. In 2019, I was given the opportunity to start my team from scratch. I was given so much support and guidance while also having plenty of autonomy to try (and sometimes fail) on my own terms.

What do you consider to be the best part of your role?

We’re a team with a common goal, our client’s success. I feel comfortable approaching and engaging with everyone here, and I can tell they feel the same.

What is your favorite part of your specific role?

I love that my position requires collaboration with the majority of the departments at FareHarbor. Our employees are some of the smartest, most creative people I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Tell us about yourself and where you are from.

I am from Jupiter, FL. I love traveling, meeting new people and making new experiences!

Why do you like working at FareHarbor?

It’s part of a fun industry that’s built around adventure and creating experiences. The industry itself keeps me engaged but it’s the clients that make my job exciting!

What do you consider to be the best part of your role?

I enjoy making relationships with clients, chatting with them like they’re a friend, and helping them grow their businesses with my FareHarbor knowledge.

What is your favorite FareHarbor core value and why?

Be Curious and Learn. Having an open mindset and learning new things is the core of my existence! So having this as a value is just fitting.

Andrea Milan | Sales Manager, Amsterdam

Tell us about yourself and where you are from.

I was born and raised in Villamayor de Santiago, a small town in Castilla la Mancha, Spain.

How would you describe the culture at FareHarbor?

Our culture at FareHarbor is unique and genuine, not dictated or conformed by directives, but the other way around. Our culture flows up from the base and is created and maintained by individuals.

What team outings have you gone on recently?

We had the pleasure of attending a tremendous winter gala at a castle! We dressed in our best 20s clothing and had an unforgettable evening of fun, delicious food, and a lot of dancing!

How has FareHarbor helped you grow in your role?

The company culture, my mentors and colleagues, and all my managers have transformed me professionally and helped me become who I am today. I’ve shared this many times; when I arrived at this company I was surprised by how they had turned “what are you able to do” into “what do you dream of doing.”

Tristen Johns | Digital Marketing Strategist, Denver

Tell us about yourself and where you are from.

I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, lived in Sarasota, FL for 7 years, then moved to Denver in March of this year.

What do you enjoy about working in the tourism industry?

It’s inherently a bit fun, right?! Our clients operate the coolest businesses in the most amazing locations around the world. I love being a part of a global company and industry, and learning how global concerns affect and challenge them.

As a newer member of the team, what is your favorite memory of the onboarding experience?

I love that I am encouraged to further develop my skillset, even if it doesn’t obviously apply to my role. FareHarbor really invests in its people, especially when it comes to fulfilling our curiosity.

What tour or activity would you be most excited to try?

Like many of my teammates, I desperately want to do a wine train in California — a picturesque experience paired with wine is my ideal activity.

We hope you enjoyed getting to know a few of our team members! If interested in applying, check out our benefits and open roles.
