Candidate Journey

We’re so excited that you saw something about FareHarbor that caught your eye! Here’s a little bit about what you can expect in our process. Of course, for specific roles or teams, this could look a little different. But for the most part, we stick to this framework and keep you posted every step of the way. We can’t wait to begin the journey with you!

  1. Application Review - Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. A member of our Recruitment Team will review your application within 3-5 business days.
  2. Phone/Video Interview - Next up, our first opportunity to get to know you.
  3. Assessment - Depending on the role and team, we’ll give you the chance to complete an assignment or take-home project to show off your skills in a real-life scenario. This helps us eliminate unconscious bias and prioritize your competencies and skills.
  4. (Virtual) Onsite - Chat with members of the team and learn more about our work environment. Our team can’t wait to meet you.
