FareHarbor is seeking a Sales Manager to help our growing Sales team in Australia. This position is responsible for overseeing our Australian Sales department and helping each of our Account Executives grow our presence as the world’s leading software in the Tour and Activity industry.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, persuasive, and proactive in their approach both internal and external. This person is the key motivator for the Australian team and should have an obsession with helping our Account Executives win over the market. This individual should be highly curious and constantly seek out new opportunities to enhance our Sales team’s success in Australia.
Work with existing Account Executives to understand their current lead pool in order to accelerate the rate in which they are closing deals.
Develop an understanding of the landscape in the Australian market to help set the strategy for hiring and building the Australian Sales team.
Serve as a key motivator and driving force by finding creative ways to motivate the team. Goals should be set based on the market needs and with the goal of closing more deals in mind.
Work with the existing team to identify knowledge gaps and areas for training and improvement to sign up Australian Tour and Activity operators at a faster rate.
Work one-on-one with the Account Executives to set specific goals around closing deals and assisting with the sales process when necessary.
Work with FareHarbor’s Co-president, Operations to create a plan for the Australian market that fits in with the overall company goals and mission.
Undergraduate College Degree (4 years)
Extremely comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person.
Organized and excellent with time management.
Prior leadership experience.
Enjoy helping others learn and grow.
