Migrating my account
- How will my existing data be migrated to FareHarbor?
- The FareHarbor team will handle the transfer of all your future reservations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Will there be any downtime during the transition?
- No, there will be no downtime. You will continue using your current system until everything in FareHarbor is fully prepared. Once your FareHarbor dashboard is ready, you are trained, and all future reservations are transferred, one of our Web Integration Specialists will seamlessly integrate FareHarbor onto your website.
- What kind of hardware or software requirements are needed to use FareHarbor?
- Please refer to this page for more details on recommended hardware and software.
- How do I set up my services and resources on FareHarbor?
- We’ll gather the necessary information from you, and a FareHarbor Client Dashboard Specialist will build everything out on your dashboard for you.
- How do I move the PSP (Payment Service Provider) to FareHarbor?
- You are not able to move your PSP to FareHarbor and you will setup your payment provider within your dashboard.
- How will my clients be affected during the transition?
- Your clients will experience minimal disruption. Aside from receiving reminder emails or follow-ups from a new email address, they won’t be contacted or impacted during the transition.
- Can I make changes to my dashboard?
- Yes, you will have full access to make changes to your dashboard as needed. If you prefer assistance, our 24/7 Support Team is available to guide you through any changes or handle them on your behalf.
- How long does it take to be setup?
- Once we have collected all the information we need, we can have you up and running on FareHarbor within 5-10 business days
Training & support
- What training resources are available to help us learn the new system?
- We offer recorded video tutorials and comprehensive help documentation to guide you through the FareHarbor platform. Additionally, you’ll have access to a designated Client Onboard Specialist who can provide personalized 1-on-1 training and assist with any questions you may have.
- How will my staff be trained?
- Your staff will have access to the same resources as you for getting familiar with FareHarbor, including training videos, help documentation, and personalized 1-on-1 training sessions.
- What support will be available during the transition period?
- You’ll begin the transition with the help of a designated Account Executive. Following that, a dedicated Client Onboard Specialist will guide you through every step until FareHarbor is fully integrated into your site. Additionally, our 24/7 Support Staff is available to answer any questions or provide direction whenever needed.
- How do I access customer support if I encounter issues?
- During business hours, you can contact your dedicated Client Onboard Specialist for assistance. Outside of those hours, our 24/7 Support Team is available at support@fareharbor.com.
