Your Availability Overview just got a refresh. With a cleaner, more intuitive design, this update gives you more control over your bookings, helps you complete tasks faster, and reduces errors — all while keeping the functionality you already rely on.

Why we made these changes

Managing your tour and activity availability is one of the most important parts of running your business. The modernized Availability Overview is designed to make that process easier. By simplifying how your bookings are displayed and managed, you’ll spend less time digging for details and more time focusing on your guests.

The new Availability Overview features:

  • A streamlined layout to enhance readability and reduce visual clutter
  • More intuitive booking and availability details at a glance
  • Fewer clicks needed to update settings and take booking actions

What’s new in the Availability Overview

The new design will give you a smoother experience across four key areas.

Availability details: Your Item images will now display alongside each availability, improving consistency and making it easier to identify different experiences quickly.

Booking details: Access the information you need faster. For example, the Manifest link now appears in the left column, placing the shortcut closer to its associated booking details for easier navigation.

Actions: Booking action buttons (book button, send email or text, and seating) are now placed in more intuitive locations, helping you get tasks done faster. 

Settings: Related options in settings  are now grouped together for improved clarity. You’ll need fewer clicks to adjust things like resource requirements or custom field groups.

Additional enhancements

We’ve also added a few more improvements to help you work with confidence:

  • A reminder to “Notify customers” when changing times on an availability with existing bookings
  • Find capacity and resources now grouped together for quicker access and easier reference

Pro tip: Use the Availability Overview during busy shifts — the cleaner design makes it easier than ever to scan, edit, and act on critical details in real time.
