Inside FareHarbor’s Honolulu Meetup: Highlights from our largest one of the year

The FareHarbor Honolulu Meetup was nothing short of extraordinary! Hosted on the breathtaking island of O’ahu, this event brought together a buzzing community of 220 local tour and activity operators — all eager to learn, connect, and elevate their businesses. 

FareHarbor Meetups are our traveling event series designed to foster lasting connections, share localized insights and strategies, and deliver an engaging, fun atmosphere. 

This gathering was our largest of the 2024 Meetups series and on November 7th and 8th, operators gained valuable insights, networked with their peers, and discovered innovative ways to thrive in Hawaiʻi’s unique tourism landscape. 

From breakout sessions to networking opportunities, every moment of the event was carefully curated to inspire and inform. The energy in the room was palpable, as attendees exchanged ideas and celebrated their shared passion for delivering unforgettable experiences to visitors.

The learning portion

The Honolulu Meetup delivered a lineup of impactful presentations tailored to Hawaiʻi’s tourism market, jam-packed with business-building strategies. Here are just a few of the highlights:

On day two, the Meetup hosted nearly 100 one-on-one meetings.
